Candace and Billy Broyles were introduced by Jeff and Tekla (technically there was a blind date set up between Billy Broyles and Sara McGee (or was it Tiffany, my mind’s getting forgetful on the details since it is so many years ago) but Billy liked “the older sister” that he met on that date… so he started the relationship that led to Candace and Billy being married).

Uncle Billy was a hard working man. He lived on a farm, and raised cattle. This herd was often transported between Billy’s farm and Grandpa Bill McGee’s farm so that the pastures stayed green. More about that can be read about over on the post about Jeff’s grandpa McGee.
Uncle Billy was a fun-loving man that liked to joke around a lot. He also enjoyed a nice beer from time to time after a hard day’s work. He was at many family gatherings when I was growing up.
